The Elevation Set Point is the user-defined vertical offset to the design surface. For example, if Elevation Set Point is set to 1.00 ft, the grade will be 1.00 ft higher than the design surface. If a value of -1.00 ft is entered, the grade will be 1.00 ft below the design surface.
