Field Setup

The GNSS receiver records raw data from static locations. It does post-processing to make sure that positioning is accurate. It uses internal or external memory.
You can configure the HiPer XR GNSS receiver to record raw GNSS data in the integrated memory. It post-processes the measurement data with raw GNSS data from a different static receiver to calculate an accurate position.
Static GNSS survey procedures find solutions for errors when very accurate positioning is necessary. Static procedures record data for a period of time during which the satellite geometry changes to make baselines between stationary GNSS units. Topcon software uses post-processed GNSS data to apply control network measurements and for accurate tracking.
The internal memory of the receiver, a field controller, a tablet, or a computer can save data.
