Receiver Does Not Respond
CauseSolution
A port conflict prevents a connection.
  • Do a power cycle on the receiver.
  • Reset the receiver parameters. This process resets the GNSS related configuration and port settings. Network configurations are left as they were. This process does not erase recorded raw GNSS data, erase ephemeris, or erase Almanac data.
  • Do a factory reset. This process fully resets the receiver to factory defaults. It erases all user configurations, GNSS ephemeris, and the almanac. It does not erase raw GNSS data that were recorded in the internal memory card.
  • If any of the above steps do not give a solution to the issue, you can try an Emergency Shutdown.
The receiver file system is corrupt.
Load the system firmware again.
