| The receiver has a blocked view of the sky. | Make sure that the receiver is outdoors and has a clear view of the sky. |
| The OAF (Option Authorization File) of the receiver is not applicable or expired. The STAT LED on the display panel flashes red, then green, then yellow. | Speak with a local Topcon dealer to get an applicable OAF for the receiver. |
