The 3D Mastless CTL solution supplies real-time position with supported CTL mastless attachments.
Mastless GNSS configurations use two GR-i3 GNSS receivers mounted on the cab roof. Weld plates are used for a tight attachment to the roof, with the GNSS mounting brackets attached by bolts to the weld plates.
Carefully examine the machine OEM specifications and the issues that are necessary to weld or bolt to the roof assembly or ROPS.
Use these points to select the locations for the weld plates:
- Make sure of the clearance for the boom arm raise and boom arm cross member
- GNSS cables are attached to the bottom of the receiver
- Main GNSS bracket is mounted on the left side of the cab roof
- AUX GNSS bracket is mounted on the right side of the cab roof
