Key factors

There are four key factors of dozer configuration for successful calibration of the main slope and cross slope:

The cross slope of the cutting-edge bolts must match the cross slope of the body.
The blade must be perpendicular or square to the dozer body.
The cutting-edge bolts of the blade must be parallel to the planar surface or an equal distance from each bolt to the planar surface.
The lowest point of the blade’s cutting edge must touch the planar surface.
