Bench test

The bench test helps make sure that your installation goes smoothly. It also keeps the time that a machine is away from the work site to a minimum.
  1. Do the bench test before the installation. If it is possible, do the bench test with sufficient time to replace the components that are damaged, or that are not available.
  2. Make sure that each component has the correct version and the necessary software/firmware.
    1. Update those as necessary during the bench test. This saves installation time because that is not necessary in the field. This also makes sure that the components operate before installation.
  3. Find the system configuration for your installation.
  4. Use the instructions and illustrations to connect the electrical components and cables for the bench test.
  5. After component connection, connect to the power with a 12 VDC battery.
