Blade pivot point measurements

  1. Enter the measured distance from the bottom of the grousers to the pivot point in the Pivot Above(1) text field.
  2. Enter the measured distance from the pivot point to the cutting edge of the blade in the Pivot Behind(2) text field.
  3. Enter the measured distance from the cutting edge of the blade to the pivot point in the COR Behind(3) text field.
  4. Select Next.

Put the total station approximately one machine length away from the machine, aligned adjacent to the front, right corner of the dozer blade to see the prism during the necessary machine measurements.
