Blade slope and C-frame heading calibration

  1. Select 3D-MC main screen,ControlSensor CalibrationBlade SlopeC-Frame Calibration.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The Calibrate Blade IMU Cross Slope screen shows.
  2. Complete the steps on the Calibrate Blade IMU Cross Slope screen.
  3. Measure the blade cross slope.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • Mainfall slope in 3D-MC is from the rear to the front of the machine
    • Mainfall slope in 3D-MC is from the rear to the front of the machine
  4. Enter the measured value from the smart level in the Cross-Slope field.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  5. Select Next.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The Blade Placement screen shows.
  6. Complete the steps on the Blade Placement screen.
  7. Select Next.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The Calibrate Blade Left IMU Mainfall screen shows.
  8. Enter the measured value from the smart level in the Main Left Slope field.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  9. Select Next.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The Calibrate Blade Right IMU Mainfall screen shows.
  10. Complete the steps on the Calibrate Blade Right IMU Mainfall screen.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  11. Enter the measured value from the smart level in the Main Right Slope text field.
  12. Select Finish.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The 3D-MC main screen shows.
