Before contacting Topcon customer support, do the following:
- Check that the various components for your Topcon 3D-Machine Control system (radio, MC-X1/MC-X3 controller, GX-55/GX-75 display, and IMU sensors, Base station receiver) have power and are powered up.
- Check that all cables are securely and properly connected to the various components of system.
- Disconnect cables and inspect them for damage or contamination. Clean all connections with an electrical contact cleaner.
