Blade response problems

Blade is moving too slowly. The blade seems to move too slowly in Control mode. The grade indicator takes too long to reach grade
CauseSolution
The Valve Offset is too lowIncrease the valve offset value which will increase the hydraulic speed. Check which control is slow before adjusting the Valve Offset value. Remember a larger value will speed up valve response.
Blade reacts but does not reach On Grade
CauseSolution
The Valve Gain setting is too lowIncrease the valve gain setting, which will cause the hydraulics to respond quicker. Increase the value to a number that makes the cutting-edge reach grade quickly without overshooting grade. Check which control function is too slow before adjusting the Valve Gain. Remember a larger value will speed up valve response.
Blade reacts but overshoots On Grade
CauseSolution
The Valve Gain setting is too highDecrease the valve gain setting, which will cause the hydraulics to respond slower. Decrease the value to a number that makes the cutting edge reach grade quickly without overshooting grade. Check which control function is too fast before adjusting the Valve Gain. Remember a lower number will decrease valve response.
