MC-Max Dozer Systems requires four valve offsets which must be individually calibrated during initial setup or after hydraulic maintenance.
- If valve offsets are too low, the cutting edge will not reach on-grade
- If valve offsets are too high, the cutting edge will move too far and overshoot on-grade.
- Valve Offset determines the electrical requirement.
- Valve Gain determines the speed of the cylinder.
Warning: The auto feature must be enabled for the blade to move automatically (in automatic mode) during this procedure. Press the joystick button for auto to enable the feature. Keep your body away from the blade.
